Microbiology Laboratory Manager
Microbiological Laboratory staff consists in professionals with a large experience in microbiological quality control in the food industry who regularly benefit on training in classical microbiological techniques and modern microbiological techniques.
The results generated by Microbiological Laboratory are reliable, based on:
- The microbiological testing are conducted into dedicated work spaces with an aseptic and controlled environment;
- The methods of analysis complies with national and international standards accredited by RENAR;
- Achieving of internal quality control - a systematic checking of reagents/culture media and external quality control - participation in proficiency schemes ;
- Equipments used in testing are calibrated and verified periodically.
In the Microbiological Laboratory analysis are performed for numerous food products, water, feed and sanitation. The ability of the laboratory is about 1000 separate samples per week, and can be increased, if necessary.
Microbiological testing methods are classical and modern. Rapid detection methods such as performed by MiniVIDAS equipment (BioMerieux ) for the detection of Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes are used.
