With excellent equipment and well-known specialists in food chemistry, the chemistry lab is traditionally, the reference laboratory of food chemistry for the labs existing in the food factories in Romania.

The team consists of one senior researcher grade II, six senior researcher grade III and two research scientists, working together with five engineers and five laboratory technicians in order to achieve the most rigorous results both for common chemical tests and for high accuracy analysis, using methods such as atomic absorption, HPLC and gas chromatography.

Making analysis that cover all the areas of food industry, the chemistry lab can achieve and even exceed a total number of 1000 samples analyzed per week during normal activity, depending on the complexity and number of tests needed to determine the characteristics of each sample.

Experience, reliability and professionalism of the team of the chemistry laboratory recommend it as a reliable partner both for common laboratory tests and analytical techniques for complex or specific research and development activities.
